Disappointing
Staff was mostly kind and helpful Also location is fine
At check-in they tried to charge us with a bad conversion rate, beware! (27% higher in € than amount in booking), then room lock was not working, but got a new room, one day we came back late from a Tour and we had no water anymore in our bathroom, people fixed it but it took around 30mins until we had water again.
